The Emergency Medicine Learning &
Resource Center (EMLRC) provides education to over 2,000 of the nation’s
emergency care providers each year. In 1995, EMLRC was awarded
accreditation by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical
Education (ACCME) as a sponsor of Continuing Medical Education for
Physicians and Nurses. Here are a few of the educational avenues

Resource Center
(EMLRC) in cooperation with
NAEMSE and FAEMSE proudly present the
EMS Educator Course, May 18-20, 2006
in Orlando, FL, which has been designed and developed by the same
individuals
who produced the DOT/NHTSA 2002 National Guidelines for Educating
EMS
Instructors. The NAEMSE Educator Course represents the didactic
component and
practical application of the beginning education process to become
an EMS
instructor.

Interpretation Course
8 hour provider course designed to
help emergency care providers provide
clinically sound 12 Lead EKG acquisition and interpretation that is
immediately
applicable to the emergency care setting.
Florida Ambulance
Strike Team/Task Force Leader Course
This two day competency-based
training course is designed to educate EMS
personnel to qualify as Florida Ambulance Strike Team/Task Force
Leaders for
disaster events (all-hazard) in the State of Florida or throughout
the nation.
