Tackle – pressure on angle of jaw

Infra orbital –under nose

Under nose – grabs headlock

Sternal notch – pressure in and down

Opponent punches- sidestep – finger to notch

Thumb to baro receptor

Pressure points of face (digital pressure)

Forehead, chin, cheek, bridge of nose

Use knuckle as force

Striking force- back of neck

Bring forearm around and hit base of neck

Strike baro receptor

Chop to neck

Slap double hand to ears

Hair pulling – run fingers as close to skin and pull

Lip, gums – grab squeeze (palm under chin, fingers into gums)

Clavicle notch – get behind and press with fingers

Skin pinch – inside bicep

Skin pinch to sides of torso – love handles

pelvic triangle – femoral pressure – finger tips

kick to femoral area – bottom of foot

roundhouse kick to side of leg – sciatic nerve strike

inside of thigh – above knee – femoral nerve punch or kick

stomp kick to outside of knee

ankle kick – knocked to the ground – sweep kick to the ankle

upward heel kick to groin
